Cash is always a winner. It's liquid, easily divided, and can be used instantly by your heirs. They won't need to worry about selling property or managing investments to access it. Additionally, securities, such as stocks that have increased in value, can be a great choice. They not only provide immediate financial benefit but can also be passed on in ways that allow heirs to benefit from the long-term growth of your investments.Real estate can also be a valuable asset to pass down.
